These terms explain the Miniu journey from uploading a photo to production and delivery of a custom figurine.

These terms apply to miniu.in.th, app.miniu.in.th, and custom figurine orders for customers in Thailand. By using the service or confirming an order, you accept the version in effect on the order date.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract. Minors require permission from a legal guardian.
You must have the right to use every photo, name, mark, instruction, and other item submitted to Miniu. For another person or a minor, you confirm that appropriate permission has been obtained.
Illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content may be rejected. Any refund will reflect work already completed and mandatory law.
Each figurine is an artistic and technical interpretation of the submitted material. Small variations in colour, texture, proportions, pose, and detail may occur between the photo, Preview, and physical result.
A Preview confirms creative direction; it is not a guarantee that the physical piece will be identical to an on-screen image. Miniu may request better material, propose an adjustment, or cancel before production when the source is unsuitable.
A listed 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 15 cm size refers to the longest dimension, which may be height, width, or depth.
Thailand-market prices are shown in THB. Add-ons, delivery charges, and discounts appear before payment.
Available methods may include card and PromptPay. Payment providers process payment credentials; Miniu does not store complete card numbers. Complex or group projects may require a separate quote.
Production can include modelling, review, printing, finishing, packing, and shipping. Standard delivery is estimated at about 3–4 weeks after payment but can vary with complexity, customer responses, workload, and destination.
Paid priority handling is available only after Miniu confirms feasibility. Miniu delivers throughout Thailand; locations far from Bangkok may take longer.
Contact support@miniu.in.th as early as possible. Before production begins, Miniu will try to cancel and refund the order where possible.
After design or production begins, requests are assessed against completed work, incurred costs, and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights under Thai law.
You or the relevant owner retain rights in submitted content and grant Miniu a limited licence to create the Preview, produce, quality-check, deliver, and support the order.
Miniu will not publish your photos or creation for marketing without separate permission. Source 3D files, templates, tools, systems, and Miniu assets are not transferred unless agreed in writing.
For damage, defects, or material non-conformity, email support@miniu.in.th with the order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Miniu may repair, reproduce, replace, partially or fully refund, or offer another remedy according to the issue and applicable law.
Miniu uses reasonable care but is not responsible for incorrect customer details, unauthorized content, or events reasonably outside its control.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact support@miniu.in.th first so the team can investigate. Consumers may also use competent complaint, dispute-resolution, and court channels.
Operation by a seller in France does not remove mandatory protections available to customers in Thailand.
Gift cards purchased through miniu.in.th are denominated and redeemable in THB for Thailand-market orders only. They are separate from EUR gift cards issued by Miniu France.
Codes are valid for one year from purchase, redeemable on one order, and not exchangeable for cash unless required by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
