1. Controller and scope

Miniu, operating from Paris, France, controls personal data for the Thailand-market website, app, accounts, orders, forms, and communications. Privacy requests can be sent to support@miniu.in.th.

This policy covers visitors, account users, customers, quote leads, and people who contact Miniu.

2. Data we collect

• Name, email, telephone, LINE, billing and delivery details
• Account, authentication, and Google, Facebook, or TikTok OAuth data you authorize
• Photos, instructions, styles, options, Previews, models, and production files
• Cart, price, payment, order, shipping, and refund records
• Support messages, quote requests, and product-problem evidence
• IP, device, browser, session, page, and usage-event data where an appropriate basis or consent applies

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide accounts, Previews, production, payment, delivery, updates, customer support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.

Depending on the activity, the basis may be contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or consent for analytics or marketing where required.

4. Recipients and providers

Necessary data may be shared with hosting and infrastructure providers, creation tools, payment and email providers, OAuth platforms, production partners, carriers, advisers, and authorities.

Relevant providers may include Netlify, Railway, Amazon Web Services, Stripe, Resend, Google, Meta, TikTok, and modelling tools used for your project. This list may change as the service evolves.

5. International transfers

The seller and providers operate internationally, so data may be processed in France, the United States, or other countries. Miniu uses appropriate contractual and security safeguards under applicable law.

6. Retention

Data is retained according to the contract, support, warranty, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal needs, then deleted, anonymized, or access-restricted.

Website-to-app drafts remain available for about 24 hours, although infrastructure copies follow deletion and backup cycles. Live analytics has an 18-month retention policy. Account, photo, and order records follow the account lifecycle and relevant obligations.

7. Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies support authentication, security, language, cart, and service operation. First-party analytics measures the customer journey while keeping Thailand and France reporting separate.

Non-essential analytics or advertising must not start without an appropriate basis or consent. You may withdraw consent when cookie settings are enabled. This policy does not replace an interactive consent choice.

8. Facebook login and deletion

Facebook Login may provide a platform ID, name, email, profile photo, and email-verification status within the permissions you grant. Miniu never receives your Facebook password.

Revoke access in Facebook Apps and Websites settings. Request deletion of the linked Miniu account or data at support@miniu.in.th; records required for law, security, fraud prevention, or evidence may be restricted rather than immediately deleted.

9. Your rights

• Access and obtain a copy
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion, destruction, or anonymization where applicable
• Request restriction, object, or receive portable data where applicable
• Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing
• Complain to a competent personal-data authority

10. Security and other people’s data

Miniu applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.

When uploading another person’s photo, you must have an appropriate right or permission, especially for a minor.
