Permission for portraits, logos, and characters must be clear

Obtain appropriate consent before submitting personal photographs and ensure the organization owns or can use every logo, artwork, name, and character in the brief. For third-party films, games, brands, or protected characters, describe a broad mood for an original direction instead of requesting an unauthorized copy.
