Designed around your idea

Make the important choices before you order

A practical route for organizations in Thailand planning individual employee models, repeated designs, awards, event keepsakes, or original brand characters that require a tailored scope and quote.

01

Choose individual designs or repeated units

Plan models where every person has a different face, outfit, and detail, or assess several units of one original character after the production method is reviewed.

02

Design around the recipient and occasion

Develop employee awards, retirement pieces, speaker gifts, team keepsakes, event work, or organizational stories rather than placing a logo on a generic catalogue item.

03

Review the direction before physical production

Define approval points and Preview review within the project scope so relevant stakeholders can assess the main direction before production begins.

04

Assess quantity, budget, and date together

The quote considers unique designs, units, size, detail, bases, accessories, target date, and delivery instead of applying one consumer price to every project.

Before you decide

From your idea to a physical model

Choose the project format, prepare the brief, and understand what shapes pricing and timing before requesting a quote.

Request an organizational quote

An organizational gift that does not begin with a catalogue item

Many corporate gifts begin with a ready-made product and add a logo or name. That works for practical giveaways. Recognition, retirement, awards, and important events sometimes need an object that explains why this person, team, or milestone matters.

A custom model can start with a real employee, an original character, a recognizable outfit, or one object connected to the recipient’s contribution. The goal is to select the few visual details that make the meaning immediately understandable.

Project objectiveA useful starting direction
Employee recognitionAn individual model using an outfit, pose, or signature object connected to the achievement
Retirement or farewellOne retirement figurine with an agreed name, date, or detail from the person’s time with the organization
Award, speaker, or VIP giftA model connected to the role, event, or theme rather than a generic branded object
Team or internal milestoneSeveral people in one composition or separate pieces sharing one visual direction
Original brand characterAssessment of artwork, form, colour, and details the organization owns or is authorized to use

Miniu is most relevant when the person, original character, or story is central rather than when the project is a conventional high-volume giveaway. Use the custom quote form so the team can assess the project separately from an individual online order.

First distinguish unique designs from repeated units

Two orders with the same quantity can require very different work.

A different model for every person

Ten employee gifts with different faces, outfits, poses, and accessories mean ten unique designs with separate source material and review points. A structured brief reduces the risk of mixing names, images, and details:

  • Assign a clear identifier to each recipient
  • Choose one strongest primary photo for each person
  • Describe the outfit, pose, and important object concisely
  • Separate essential features from optional details
  • Appoint one main coordinator for information and Preview approval

Several units of one original design

An event character, award, or company mascot may repeat one approved design. Shape, dimensions, thin parts, colours, base, quantity, and deadline still affect the suitable production method. Miniu therefore reviews the reference and realistic quantity before confirming feasibility.

If your organization is still defining an original character, the custom Art Toy page explains silhouette, colour, and signature-detail decisions. Submit only artwork and brand material your organization owns or has permission to use.

A useful brief makes the first assessment faster

You do not need a finished 3D file or a perfect procurement document before making contact. These inputs help Miniu identify the decisions that matter:

  1. Purpose — who receives the piece, the occasion, and the intended meaning
  2. Quantity — approximate total units and number of unique designs
  3. References — the strongest photo for each person, original-character artwork, or a concise visual direction
  4. Format — full body or bust, style, preferred size, base, and relevant accessories
  5. Target date — when the piece must be presented or used, plus the delivery area
  6. Budget range — a realistic range helps remove unsuitable formats early
  7. Approval — who consolidates feedback and who confirms the final direction

An early idea and estimated quantity are enough to begin. Miniu can then ask only the follow-up questions that affect feasibility.

Choose size around detail, display, and presentation

Size determines the room available for facial information, clothing, accessories, base text, and multiple people. Standard Miniu formats range from 4 to 15 cm; larger work up to approximately 50 cm can be discussed when the structure allows it. For an employee or award model with a recognizable outfit and signature object, 8-10 cm is a useful starting point, while group scenes or thin elements may need a different scale. See the 3D model size guide for the practical trade-offs.

From organizational brief to delivery

Submit the project for assessment

Provide the quantity, project type, target date, strongest references, and current requirements. Miniu determines whether the standard path is suitable or whether the project needs a tailored assessment.

Confirm scope and quotation

Before work starts, the parties need a shared understanding of unique designs, units, size, included elements, approval points, schedule, and delivery. The quotation is prepared in Thai baht for that scope; a single-subject website starting price is not used as the corporate quote.

Review the direction and Preview

The organizational coordinator consolidates stakeholder feedback into one clear response. The Preview helps assess style, pose, colours, clothing, and principal composition. Very small details or structural elements may still need adjustment for physical production.

Produce, finish, pack, and deliver

After the relevant approvals, Miniu prepares production files, prints, finishes, packs, and delivers according to the agreed scope. The how it works page provides an overview of the physical journey.

Price and timing belong to the actual project

The quote reflects unique designs, subjects per piece, size, bases, accessories, complexity, approval points, target date, and delivery destinations. More units do not guarantee a fixed reduction when every piece is different. The usual 3-4 week consumer estimate is not a promise for organizational work; fixed events require time for source collection, approval, production, finishing, and delivery. Add the event date to the form and contact LINE @miniu_bkk early.

Permission for portraits, logos, and characters must be clear

Obtain appropriate consent before submitting personal photographs and ensure the organization owns or can use every logo, artwork, name, and character in the brief. For third-party films, games, brands, or protected characters, describe a broad mood for an original direction instead of requesting an unauthorized copy. Then share the information available through the custom quote form.

Useful answers

Questions before you start

Practical answers about photos, Preview, pricing, timing, payment, and delivery.

Which organizational projects can Miniu assess?

You can submit employee gifts, retirement pieces, awards, speaker or important-client gifts, team work, events, original characters, and multi-unit projects. Miniu confirms feasibility only after reviewing the actual brief and requirements.

Can every employee receive a different model?

This can be assessed, but every unique design needs its own usable photo and details. The number of different faces, outfits, poses, and objects therefore affects scope, timing, and price. State both the number of people and the level of variation in the brief.

Can we order several units of the same design?

Send the design and estimated quantity for assessment. The suitable production approach depends on quantity, dimensions, shape, small details, colour, and target date, so Miniu does not promise a mass-production method before reviewing the model.

Is there a minimum quantity for corporate work?

There is no single published minimum that fits every project. A one-person recognition piece, several individualized models, and repeated units of one design require different assessments. Enter the real quantity or a realistic range in the quote form.

What determines the corporate quotation?

Miniu reviews the number of unique designs, units per design, subjects, size, full-body or bust format, base, accessories, complexity, target date, and delivery destinations before confirming scope and a THB quotation.

What should we include in the brief?

Include the purpose, recipient, approximate quantity, strongest photo or original-character reference, preferred size, important details, target date, budget range, and the person responsible for final approval. You can still enquire when some details are undecided.

Can we include a company logo or mascot?

Miniu can assess logos, artwork, and original characters that your organization owns or has permission to use. Feasibility depends on shape, detail, and size. Submitting material does not establish permission to reproduce intellectual property that your organization does not control.

Will the organization approve a Preview before production?

The project scope defines how the direction and Preview are reviewed. A Preview is useful for style, pose, colours, clothing, and principal details, but very small elements, thicknesses, or structures can still change so the physical piece can be produced.

How early should we contact Miniu before an event?

Contact Miniu as soon as the date and approximate quantity are known. Organizational work needs time for brief review, internal approval, production preparation, finishing, packing, and delivery. A schedule can only be confirmed after the project and current capacity are reviewed.

Can models be delivered to several recipients?

Include the number and location of delivery destinations in the brief. Miniu will assess feasibility and cost before confirming the quote; split delivery should not be assumed to be included unless it is explicitly agreed.
